As a authorised VW repairer your business also represented great value in terms of the cost compared to others. Unfortunately the responsible party who hit my vehicle failed to leave any details and I elected to pay for the repair myself rather than claim on my own insurance.
Sue and Melanie responded to my emails quickly and even arranged for Wayne to price the job up from detailed images of the damage as I was unable to visit but wanted to progress with the repair as quickly as possible. I'm a Retail Store Manager and have worked in a customer facing role for a number of years and unfortunately good service seems to be few and far between these days.
I really hope I won't need your services in the near future but will definitely be recommending yourselves to others.

When you took my car in it looked very sorry for itself with its damaged rear bumper. When it was returned delivered by your team it looked stunning.
The repair is first class and it is impossible to tell. Also thank you for valeting the car too. The inside of the car looks as good as the outside and I know that two small people had made it messy and muddy with all the rain.

Having built up a fast road/track car over 4 years, I was devastated when the rear of the car was damaged in an road traffic accident. What followed was a very long and exhausting battle with insurance companies and many other involved parties to prevent the car from being written off. It was frustrating time, but through it all, the party consistently looking out for my best interests and doing what they could to aid my cause rather than hinder it, was Dorking ARC. It was a huge comfort to me that my pride and joy was in their custody, and that they were genuinely representing me and not the insurance companies. I can't thank Kieran enough for his support, level of communication and patience. Eventually repairs were authorised. As a Design Engineer, it is my job to have a keen eye and attention to detail. The work carried out by the team was without fault. The car was returned to me, spotlessly clean and perfectly restored to its former condition before the incident.

My name is Alex Seymour and I was directed to Dorking ARC by your company after a crash I had on the 6th April.
I went first to a company in Epsom but they were too busy to fit me in, so I went to Dorking and was greeted by Kieran, he was fantastic.He deemed my car undrivable and organised immediatley for a hire car to be delivered to me.
The customer service was exceptional. The car did come back with a few issues but they worked above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the repairs and provided me with a hire car that was far superior to my Freelander.
The second occasion the car was returned was just an unlucky accident and again they worked into the late hours on the bank holiday to ensure I was happy, looked after and informed of their progress daily.
Mark O'Keefe was the Owner and he personally delivered the loan car and some very nice bottles of wine to further apologise. Mark has sucessfully turned this slightly unhappy customer into an exceptionally happy customer and will definetly return to him for any repairs on my vehicle. I have told all of my friends and family about the service at Dorking and will remain loyal to them.

Further to our conversation earlier. I would like to say a massive thanks to Kieran for his honesty. He dropped off my car after repair and in turn took away the hire car. I though I had taken everything out of the car, but unknown to me my daughter had left her iPod in the car this morning. Thankfully you have a very honest member of staff, who telephoned me within 5 minutes of leaving and checked if the iPod belonged to me. There would have been war in our house tonight if that had gone missing. Great credit to Kieran for spotting it and returning it. Again, thank you so much.
